I do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality and resolution. As all products are handmade, color, size and shape may vary slightly, the dimensions are therefore approximate.
Prices and payment
All prices are in SEK and include VAT (25%).
Shipping costs will be added to SEK 89, packaging costs are included in goods and shipping prices. I reuse as many cartons and other packaging materials as possible to pack your goods as environmentally friendly as possible.
When exporting / importing, you as the buyer must pay any import VAT and customs duties. Failure to do so will send the item back. You as the buyer are responsible for all shipping costs and communication with customs.

Delivery
The product is sent within 5 working days and then a delivery time of normally 2-3 working days is added.
If you instead want to pick up your purchase directly from my studio in Östersund, state this when paying. I will then contact you to agree on a time.
Payment
Payment is made in SEK through Klarna or Swish in advance.
Open purchase for 14 days.
You as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase, but no later than within 14 days after you have received the product and without special reason, however, this does not apply to specially ordered goods.
Please contact MACU before returning any goods.
The product must be in new condition. If the product is damaged or used, no refund will be made. Be sure to include contact information when you return a product as well as a brief description of what the case is about. Upon return, you as a customer are responsible for all shipping costs, the shipping costs are not refunded. To be able to return your product, I need a receipt or proof of purchase.
I reserve the right, in cases where the return is not complete, to charge the cost price for the missing parts. MACU will make a refund if it is a valid return.
Return shipping

You have to pay for your own shipping costs for products that you return. Shipping costs are not refundable. I will not redeem packages against cash on delivery or the like.
Complaint
It is the buyer's task to complain about transport damage to the agent before the goods are signed as received!
If it can be demonstrated that there is a production defect or that the product has been incorrectly shipped, the product will be refunded. Visible defects need to be reported immediately upon receipt of the item.
Hidden defects are reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item. Wear and tear is not a valid reason for a complaint. I must have a receipt or proof of purchase to exercise the right of complaint.
The product must be returned in its original condition for the complaint to apply. See above for Return Shipping. You are responsible for return shipping. In the case of a valid return item, I will refund the return shipping.
Refund policy
My policy is valid for 14 days. If it has been more than 14 days since the receipt of the item, I can unfortunately not offer you a refund or exchange. The product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Refund
Once your returned product has been received and checked, I will notify you by email if I will make a refund or not. If the return is approved, a refund will be made within 10 working days.
Sale goods
Refunds are only made for goods at the regular price - not for sale goods.
