MACU manufactures and sells ceramics and crocheted soft toys in my own physical shop, via retailers, and here in my webshop. In this policy, I describe what personal information I collect, how I do it, what it is used for, how I handle and protect your personal information in my capacity as responsible for your personal data. Furthermore, the policy describes your rights and how you proceed if you want to exercise them. You are always welcome to contact me with questions. WHICH PERSONAL DATA IS SAVED - AND WHAT IS IT USED FOR

In connection with purchases in my webshop, I collect customer information such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery / postal address and payment information. Organizational personal information, such as company name, job title is saved in cases where you as the customer enter such information.
HOW PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED
Most of the information about you that MACU collects comes directly from you. You can always choose not to share certain information. However, certain personal information may be necessary for me to be able to interact with my customers, suppliers and other partners for business purposes.
WHAT IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION USED FOR

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is to enter into and fulfill agreements with customers and to take care of our daily operations in accordance with a legal and fair business. This is normally also of interest to you and / or the company you represent.

PERSONAL DATA INFORMATION TO MY SUPPLIERS
In cases where it is necessary to perform my services as well as run my business I use external providers (personal data assistants). These providers may process personal data provided by you or the personal data collected through the digital channels or my services I provide. I restrict such access and only share information that is necessary for suppliers to be able to perform their work. We use suppliers to help us with the following:
1) Payment solutions (eg banks and other payment service providers).
2) Marketing (social media, media agencies or advertising agencies).
3) IT services (companies that handle data storage, hosting, e-mail services, technical support, internal communication channels and maintenance of my IT solutions).
I demand that they (i) protect your personal data in accordance with this policy and relevant legislation and (ii) refrain from using your personal data for any purpose other than to provide us with product / service / service in accordance with the agreement.
TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES
As a general rule, MACU and partners process your personal data only within the EU / EEA. Suppliers outside the EU / EEA are Google Analytics. During support and maintenance, we may also need to temporarily transfer the information outside the EU / EEA. All such information will always be kept to a minimum and be relevant for the purpose and require an adequate level of security, for example by using the European Commission's standard contract clauses or companies affiliated with the Privacy Shield.
HOW LONG DO I STORE YOUR DATA
MACU stores your personal data for as long as it is necessary to carry out the purposes for which the personal data was collected. The duration depends on the nature of the information collected.
Normally, I need to save your information to ensure, for example, guarantees and to comply with the statutory retention period, such as tax and accounting legislation.
COLLECTING COOKIES

You have the right to request information about what personal data I process about you and to have incorrect information corrected. Please note that I may request additional information about you to ensure the safe and efficient handling of your request and to ensure that the information is provided to the correct person.
You can request that I delete the personal information I have about you, for example if the information is no longer necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected (email to marina@macu.se).
SECURITY
I take all appropriate technical and organizational security measures necessary to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration or destruction. However, providing personal data via digital channels always involves a risk as it is difficult to protect technical systems from unauthorized access to 100%.
